Room Hire

St Paul’s Church is available to hire for concerts and events. If you would like to hire either the main church and/or narthex area, please get in touch via the booking enquiry form below and we will reply as soon as possible to discuss your request further.

Please note that your contact details will only be stored for the purposes of replying to your message. St Paul’s Church will not add your contact details to our mailing lists or share them with any third parties, unless you specifically ask us to do so.

Please include set up, rehearsal and clear up time when making a booking enquiry.
The narthex is a large room, adjacent to the church, which is ideal for meetings or for serving refreshments after an event held in the church. The kitchen can be accessed via the narthex.
Please tick 'Yes' if you will have an authorised keyholder in attendance at your planned event. Tick 'No' if you won't and thus require the services of a keyholder to open and close the building for you.
I understand that St Paul's Church is a consecrated building, used by licence, and that activities at the planned event must not be inconsistent with this status.
Cleaning up, tidying up and restoring used items to their original location is the responsibility of the hirer. St Paul’s Church reserves the right to make an extra cleaning charge, if it is deemed necessary, for us to prepare the building for the next user.
Once the hirer has agreed to the hire charges and hire conditions, St Paul’s Church will submit an invoice for the agreed sum. All hire charges must be paid no less than seven days before the date of the event. If hire charges are not paid in full by the due date, St Paul’s Church reserves the right to cancel the event without further notice. In such cases, the hirer will not be entitled to any refund of charges already paid. St Paul’s Church will have no liability to the hirer for any losses incurred by them, in respect of any cancelled events.
The hirer undertakes that they have their own risk assessment and safeguarding policy in place and will provide a copy to the church upon request.
