Sunday Worship Services
Sunday 4th June – Trinity Sunday
- 10am – Holy Communion (live streamed)
- 4pm – Xtra@4
Join us in church or online for Holy Communion this Trinity Sunday. Sue Lawrence will be leading and preaching at this service, with Malcolm Hendry presiding. Our theme for this service will be climate change and the readings will be Romans 8:19-23 and Mark 12:28-34. Alternatively, come along to our more informal Xtra@4 service led by Mark Allison, with Chris Clough speaking. At Xtra@4 this week, we start a new sermon series looking at key characters in the Old Testament – today we begin with Gideon.
Sunday 11th June – Barnabas the Apostle
- 9am – Breakfast for All
- 10am – Family Worship with Baptism (live streamed)
Join us in church or online for our all-age Family Worship with Baptism service today, with Brian Greenfield leading and Sue Lawrence speaking. The theme for this service will be The Parable of the Lost Sheep and our reading will be Matthew 18:10-14. Join us beforehand for a simple breakfast!
Sunday 18th June – Gifts & Talents Day

- 4pm – Xtra@4
Join us in church or online for Holy Communion today. Chris Clough will be leading this service, with Brian Greenfield presiding and preaching. The readings for this service will be John 6:5-10, with the Old Testament reading yet to be confirmed. Alternatively, come along to our more informal Xtra@4 service led by Brian Greenfield, with Mark Allison speaking. Following on from Gideon, today we will be looking at the Old Testament key character of Ruth.
Sunday 25th June
- 10am – Morning Worship (live streamed)
- 7pm – Taize Service
Join us in church or online for Morning Worship this Sunday, with Mark Allison leading and Sue Lawrence preaching. The reading for this service will be Philippians 2:1-11. This week, we also begin our sermon series based on the Church of England’s “Pastoral Principles for Living Well Together”. We will take an honest look at six aspects of relationship which can hurt and hinder, rather than nurture a Christian community. Today, we start with ‘ignorance’. Our Taize service, led by Rachel Hesselwood, takes place at 7pm this evening.
Weekday Worship Services
Wednesday Holy Communion
10am – A short, quiet and reflective service on Wednesday mornings throughout the year, followed by refreshments at 10.30am
Prayer Meetings
An Hour of Prayer
10am – Join us for an hour of prayer on Tuesday mornings (not held on the last Tuesday of the month).
An Evening of Prayer
7.30pm – Join us for an evening of prayer on the last Tuesday of the month (please note that June’s prayer meeting will take place at 6pm).
