Sunday Worship Services

Sunday 4th June – Trinity Sunday

  • 4pm – Xtra@4

Join us in church or online for Holy Communion this Trinity Sunday. Sue Lawrence will be leading and preaching at this service, with Malcolm Hendry presiding. Our theme for this service will be climate change and the readings will be Romans 8:19-23 and Mark 12:28-34. Alternatively, come along to our more informal Xtra@4 service led by Mark Allison, with Chris Clough speaking. At Xtra@4 this week, we start a new sermon series looking at key characters in the Old Testament – today we begin with Gideon.

  • 10am – Family Worship with Baptism (live streamed)

Join us in church or online for Holy Communion today. Chris Clough will be leading this service, with Brian Greenfield presiding and preaching. The readings for this service will be John 6:5-10, with the Old Testament reading yet to be confirmed. Alternatively, come along to our more informal Xtra@4 service led by Brian Greenfield, with Mark Allison speaking. Following on from Gideon, today we will be looking at the Old Testament key character of Ruth.

Sunday 25th June

  • 10am – Morning Worship (live streamed)
  • 7pm – Taize Service

Join us in church or online for Morning Worship this Sunday, with Mark Allison leading and Sue Lawrence preaching. The reading for this service will be Philippians 2:1-11. This week, we also begin our sermon series based on the Church of England’s “Pastoral Principles for Living Well Together”. We will take an honest look at six aspects of relationship which can hurt and hinder, rather than nurture a Christian community. Today, we start with ‘ignorance’. Our Taize service, led by Rachel Hesselwood, takes place at 7pm this evening.
