Sponsor a Slate Appeal
We launched our Sponsor a Slate Appeal in 2018 to help fund the replacement of approximately 12,000 slates to the church roof. The first two phases of roof works are now complete, but we continue to fund raise to help pay for the final phase of work, which is yet to come.
For just £10 a slate, you can sponsor a slate in the name of anybody you choose. Perhaps you would like to remember a loved one, celebrate a marriage, baptism or confirmation, or even gift as a birthday or Christmas present. The names of all slate sponsors will be recorded in a dedicated Book of Thanks which will become a permanent part of the heritage of St Paul’s Church.
